Privacy notice

1. Who we are

stratoviz.com is run by Stratoviz Technologies (“Stratoviz”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the personal data described in this notice is used. For any question about this notice or your data, write to md@stratoviz.com.

2. What we collect and why

• When you visit the site. Our hosting provider processes the technical data that every web request carries — your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We don’t use this data to identify you.
• When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever your message contains. We use this to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Where a law such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and replying to the messages people send us.

3. Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If that changes, we’ll update this notice first.

4. Who else handles the data

These service providers process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting
• Microsoft Corporation — email (Microsoft 365)

We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. We disclose it to authorities only where the law requires us to.

5. Where data is processed

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside India, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited period under its own policies.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• accept requests from a person you nominate to act for you in case of death or incapacity.

Write to md@stratoviz.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections and doesn’t load code or content from any other website. Access to the personal data we hold is limited to the people who need it.

10. Changes to this notice

If the site changes — for example, if we add a contact form or analytics — we’ll update this notice and the date at the top.
